I have worked in IT for over 15 years. During that time my experience has ranged from a small golf course as an assistant pro helping with their technological needs to a Technology Systems Analyst for a Fortune 500 company. Before I ventured into IT, I spent a good part of my youth working retail.  During this time I learned customer service, graphic design, printing and "soft skills" specifically the ability to explain something foreign to your audience in a manner they will understand. These skills have helped me stay on the leading edge of technology management. I have also developed a love for helping those who want to learn about technology and enabling them to create a hunger for more knowledge. I've taken all these skills and set out to let BATCHTECHNOLOGIES be my vehicle of delivery.
